Hello!

I’m McKenna Sye! Since I was a child, I have been drawn to all things artistic, from filling up notebooks with stories plucked straight out of my daydreams to covering homework sheets with doodles much to the annoyance of my teachers.

Eventually though, I fell head first in love with fashion. Not primarily through studying runways or scrolling through Instagram, but through history. It’s always been a subject I’ve had a passion for, second to English when in school, but looking at the past through the angle of what people more, how trends evolved alongside or because of or sometimes even drove innovations in technology and societal changes was my gateway into the world of fashion.

Currently, I am pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Design at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) and will graduate in 2027.
